Job Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst manages, stores and interprets data for all operations at ChartSpan.
Essential Duties:
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Provide feedback to leadership on individual and group trends
Develop and maintain key operational reporting
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Maintain a current understanding of enrollment and patient service departments operations and procedures.
Oversees and manages all customers legacy patient lists
Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the root cause of customer churn
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent experience
Proficient skills in Excel and/or Google Docs/ Sheets, with the ability to create formulas, tables, graphs, etc.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple ongoing assignments
Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem Solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experiences/Skills that will make a candidate successful
Operating Knowledge in SQL and scripting languages preferred
Experience in maintaining various business intelligence tools preferred
2 to 3 years of developing and automating reports
2 to 3 years experience of call center reporting and forecasting
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% - 85% of the time.
Work Environment
This job is 100% remote.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
