REMOTE DATA ENTRY CLERK

Our client looking for a full-time Data Entry Clerk to join their team here in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who possesses strong interpersonal skills and has an enthusiastic attitude, along with an excellent work ethic.

A creative and proactive individual who is eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills will thrive in this position. This position supports the general office on a wide range of administrative tasks and serves as the first point of contact for all communications and visitors.

Duties

Manage calendars for multiple people in the office
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies
Support operations with travel arrangements
Support finance to reconcile expense reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
1-3 years Data Entry Clerk experience required
