We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to work in our Anaheim California office. This position is responsible for transcribing applications that come to us from multiple sources, and uploading them into our database. You will assist with tasks needed to process applications. In this position you will communicate with vendors, internal Triad staff and external customers regarding the application process. This is a Monday-Friday position with no weekend work.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional, ethical, compliant manner
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
Must be able to type 45+ wpm
Ability to manage time and prioritize workload and deadlines
1-2 years of similar experience
Education

Must have a Highschool diploma or equivalent
