23833- Proactively challenge design with the goal to identify latent requirements. Able to understand and manipulate Solidworks models. Working knowledge of tolerance analysis. Assess technical risk and drive team to mitigate further, when necessary Collaborate with developers in writing interface specification Basic Performance Requirements and Diagnostic Tool Development Use knowledge of embedded and mechanical systems to develop comprehensive and detailed requirements for diagnostic software tool. Work closely with vendor and internal resources in developing SRS for diagnostic software tool. Develop and coordinate testing strategy and procedures for diagnostic software tool. Use iterative versions of software diagnostic tool and early and/or mature hardware to assess performance of both. Investigate failures and allocate to the tool or hardware. Track progress of development and test of diagnostics software tool. BSME preferred.
